Return and Exchange Policy

At Nilofer Shahid we are committed to ensure the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under any conditions. In the rare scenario, if you find the products faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 24 hours of delivery.  The Quality Department will contact, after you generate a query and if the issue is deemed valid we will give you credit for your next order.


Please contact our customer care by emailing us at marketing.meeras@gmail.com. Once received, the customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible. 



Orders cannot be canceled online by customer but we give 24 hours grace period to cancel the order as we start production immediately to deliver on time. If you cancel your order there will be a 50% charge and or we can give you credit for your next order.
